The Row is a newwalk new construction project located at Bluffton Village, the newfound heart of Bluffton, South Carolina. This charming stretch of five low-country style buildings is designed for mixed-use (residential and commercial) occupation. The buildings, ranging from 2,100 to 2,400 square feet, will be sold as soft shells, allowing the end user to modify the space to their needs. Several sustainable practices were used in the development and construction of these buildings, with hopes that the user will keep these efficient and progressive practices in mind when individualizing the interior.
